Descripción del puesto: We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to launch and grow our operations in Argentina. Your role will be to build the local team, develop the client portfolio, and establish ESQALAR as a benchmark in the market. You will be responsible for the P&L of the country and for ensuring sustainable growth, in coordination with the global strategy. responsibilities: Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Argentina. Develop and manage the complete P&L of the operation. Recruit, train, and lead the local consulting and support team. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance policies. Act as the main spokesperson and representative of the company in the country. what to expect: You will report directly to the global partners and have a high degree of autonomy. You will work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented environment. You will be the key person for all strategic decisions in the country. You will have to balance strategic responsibilities with the daily execution of a startup. key challenges: Building a brand and client portfolio from scratch in a competitive market. Attracting and retaining top talent in a volatile economic context. Adapting the global value proposition to the specific needs of the Argentine market. Managing financial and operational uncertainty inherent in a new launch. expected outcomes: Achieve the sales and profitability targets defined for the first two years. Consolidate a portfolio of at least 5 recurring clients in the first 18 months. Build a team of at least 10 high-performing consultants. Position ESQALAR as a relevant player in the consulting market in Argentina. Establish a solid and scalable operational structure.
