Descripción del puesto: We are seeking a Finance and Administration Analyst for our Shared Services Center (SSC) in Argentina. You will be responsible for executing key administrative, accounting, and financial processes that support the local and regional operation. Your role is vital to ensure efficiency, compliance, and financial health. responsibilities: Manage the accounts payable and receivable cycle. Perform bank and accounting reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements. Collaborate with external accountants on tax filings. Manage office administration, supplies, and vendor relationships. Support the employee onboarding and offboarding process from an administrative perspective. what to expect: You will be part of a new and growing Shared Services Center. You will have the opportunity to define and improve processes. You will work with an ERP and modern financial management tools. Your role is fundamental to the operational stability of the entire company. key challenges: Ensuring accuracy in a high volume of transactions. Adapting to local tax and labor regulations that are constantly changing. Implementing and maintaining efficient and scalable administrative processes from scratch. Serving multiple internal clients with different needs (consultants, directors, etc.). expected outcomes: Reduce the average collection period by 10%. Ensure 100% of payments to suppliers are made on time. Close the monthly accounting books within the first 5 business days. Maintain administrative and accounting records audit-ready. Respond to internal queries within a 24-hour SLA.
